🛍️ Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.
Custom orders may require additional lead time and are non-refundable once production begins.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
We ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

🛠️ Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will replace or refund based on the severity of the damage.
Keep all packaging materials in case a claim with the courier is needed.

  • Benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

  • My lyvona reserves the right to modify or discontinue the membership program at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active members.
